2. Personal Data Processed & Purposes

2.1 Website visits and server logs

Technical information is automatically processed (IP address, date/time, URL, referrer, browser, OS) in server log files to ensure website stability, security, and prevent misuse.

2.2 Contact and registration forms

We process data you enter (name, email, phone, company, course interest) to handle requests and manage registrations for our services.

2.3 Course bookings, invoicing and payments

Data necessary for performance of contract and invoicing (contact details, selected service) is processed. Payments are handled via bank transfer.

2.4 Trainings, webinars and certificates

For sessions via Zoom, we process participant data (name, email, participation time). We store certificate data to document performance.

2.5 Newsletter and email marketing

We use your email address to send communications via our internal infrastructure. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to our emails.

We use external processors including Namecheap, Inc. (Hosting/Email) and Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Webinars). Transfers to the USA are protected by standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Provision of data is generally voluntary, but necessary for course registration and invoicing. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
